Raw foods communities and support groups
Raw and living food support groups are generally speaking grass-roots level communities that spontaneously spring up to support fellow raw food enthusiasts.
Embarking on a journey of discovering the benefits of raw and living foods can be a lonely one. By joining -- or starting -- a raw food support group where like minded individuals in search of optimum health and wellbeing can meet in person to share food, experiences, knowledge, and commaraderie can often mean the difference between success and failure in transitioning from dead, cooked foods to live raw foods.
We are in the process -- always -- of assembling the largest collection of support groups in one easy-to-access place. If you have a support group that is not listed -- or if one of the support groups we do list is no longer active -- we would welcome an email from you. Our goal is to supply as much useful information to the world as possible, so please provide all relevant details.
