Raw and living foods (especially fresh juices) have long been used to care for those with cancer. Many people report “spontaneous remission” that the doctors cannot account for. They credit their recovery to the raw foods.
The Gerson Institute is a major cancer therapy organization, and its protocol has been built on the work of Dr. Max Gerson, a health pioneer in the 1920s. The protocol uses lots of raw foods and juices to treat many types of diseases, and many folks consider the Gerson Therapy to have cured them.

He went on a diet of raw foods into his diet after he was diagnosed with cancer and a year later his tumor had disappeared. Rev. Dr. Lorraine Day was diagnosed with severe breast cancer. With the help of raw foods, her cancer was reversed. She explains that raw foods rebuilt her immune system. She’s still alive and well.
